In order to ensure proper operations that correspond to Islamic ethics, UIS started
leasing program in 1994 and subjects its services and products for verification
by the Shariah Compliance which is the backbone for the various departments within
UIS.
The Sharia’h Compliance document has been written in Arabic but for the benefit of non-Arabic speakers, a translation has been provided. The translation, however, does not constitute a legal basis similar to the original Sharia’h Compliance written in Arabic language.
